Successfully led multiple project teams in implementing a US$10 Million dollar Change Request as part of a $US420 Million dollar outsourcing deal. Was responsible for delivering all phases of service delivery life cycle including, definition of business requirements, detailed design, procurement, infrastructure build, testing, process development and deployment of multiple high availability enterprise solutions. Solutions consisted of Radia Software Distribution, McAfee AntiVirus, Sygate Personal Firewall, Data Protector and Active Directory
Project Managed two separate Security Vulnerability Assessments conducted by an independent auditor on all project components both technical and process related. Items included, Tandem, Base24, all networking equipment, software and hardware including back office infrastructure.
