Working as part of the Employee Enablement Team, led a Stability Swat Program with focus on addressing issues and inefficiencies across several technology platforms including Cisco\WebEx, MS Teams, RAP Network devices, Premiere Executive Support and Endpoint Monitoring.  The Program was successfully completed in April 2021.

Oversaw the planning and deployment of an Endpoint Monitoring cloud-based SaaS solution from third party vendor Nexthink. 

Agile Product Owner for Azure VDI in ITS

Successfully completed 4 main projects, all on schedule and included:

• Replacement  of 3000 branch ATMs in RBC network 
• Installation of 500 offsite ATMs at new alliance partner
• Upgrade \ replacement of another 1500 offsite ATMs. 
• Roll out of Multi-Denomination hardware & software to all branch ATMs

As part of the Platform Modernization Program, successfully migrated & deployed numerous Wealth Web Service applications from AIX 5.3 infrastructure to TD Cloud to address currency issues.

Project Manager responsible for Web Service Application migration from AIX 5.3 to Cloud technology. 

Took over two projects in the middle of solutioning\planning and successfully completed solution, build, test and pilot deployment on time and on budget.

Delivery Manager responsible for delivering WiFi solution of Branch Network projects related to Branch Technology Refresh Program.

Business Project Manager responsible for delivering 3 ATM related projects in support of a North American ATM Channel.  

Project Manager responsible for delivering Network Infrastructure and Security based projects in support of a large Hydro One Greenfield data centre network build.

Implemented MPLS B2B network infrastructure between TD and Vendor to support financial and support traffic for over 4000 devices deployed across North America. Included provisioning of multiple circuits into multiple data centres and all required routing, ACL configurations and firewall rules, QOS

Implemented multiple IP Sec VPN Tunnels connecting TD and 4 separate vendor labs for cross vendor testing

Lead Security based project teams from TRMIS in successfully completing: 

• PCI PIN, PCI DSS, ISO 27002 audits at multiple vendor data centres and       warehouses
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration tests against Wintel Server Infrastructure       and ATMs
• HSM installation, configuration and crypto key generation for entire network
• Windows 7 security hardening and lockdown of Operating System
• Managed TD’s Risk and Control Framework to review Business Application Risks       Assessment, control gaps and remediation plans

Delivery Manager responsible for delivering several projects related to Operational Effectiveness and Productivity of the ABM Channel in support of major ABM rollout 

Successfully led a team of project managers and multiple vendors on a Branch ATM Replacement project for RBC. 2700 total ATMs being replaced. 

Completed large 24 month ATM refresh project for over 1600 retail location ATMs. Project involves multiple partners, vendors and project management teams.

Successfully completed large 8 month ATM upgrade project to outfit 3700 ATMs across the RBC network with Fraudulent Device Inhibitor.

Successfully led multiple project teams in implementing a US$10 Million dollar Change Request as part of a $US420 Million dollar outsourcing deal. Was responsible for delivering all phases of service delivery life cycle including, definition of business requirements, detailed design, procurement, infrastructure build, testing, process development and deployment of multiple high availability enterprise solutions. Solutions consisted of Radia Software Distribution, McAfee AntiVirus, Sygate Personal Firewall, Data Protector and Active Directory

Project Managed two separate Security Vulnerability Assessments conducted by an independent auditor on all project components both technical and process related. Items included, Tandem, Base24, all networking equipment, software and hardware including back office infrastructure.

Project Managed Operational Testing for Shared Cash 5.0-6.0 upgrade

Project Managed Operational Testing for ATM 6.0 Base24 implementation

Led technical Swat team put together to reduce extremely high call volumes on newly deployed devices. Reduced call volumes from .80 calls/device/Week to .18 in six weeks.

Took ownership of the Lab environment and successfully implemented several process and technical changes for improvement before hiring permanent lab manager.
